The week beginning Monday, October 27th and ending on Sunday, November 2nd sees the mind shifting out of the fixed water sign Scorpio and entering the mutable fire sign, Sagittarius. There are three ways to observe: November 1st is the Calendar way, the Sun at 15 degrees of Scorpio is the actual "Gate" and occurs this year on November 7-8, or the nearest Full Moon. This year it is the Taurus Full Moon at 13 degrees on November 5th at 8:19 a.m. EST.


The United States turns clocks back to 'real Sun time' on Sunday November 2nd at 2:00 a.m.. All times from there on will be Eastern Standard Time.
